We had a great stay here. They had plenty of areas for my husbands service dog. Nothing majorly wrong with the place at
8.0It was inviting and the staff was great. Breakfast was also delicious and the time frame was even better since I am not an early bird.
− The couch seemed very warn and we didn’t like that there was a master switch to turn on and off the vanity lights and overhead bedroom lights. Aside from that the rooms were great.
Fairly decent for the area
8.0Location was very good. Near a couple of restaurants and in a quiet area. In general the hotel was clean (ground floor had a musty smell however not present on the upper floors). Very good breakfast. Room ( king suite) was large enough Ample parking ( self parking) though they charge for it
− Room view was terrible (overlooked the roof of the entrance I believe). Shower curtain didn’t close all the way so the floor got wet when showering). Pet fee of $150 per stay is at the top end of hotels. Bottom floor had a musty smell.

− Hot tub not working (and apparently has not been for quite sometime). Not a lot of outdoor area.

6.0Accommodations for my dog were nice
− I spoke to the cleaning staff when they were working at the room beside my room. I had asked for an extra towel. I left for a conference and came back that evening to a room that had not been cleaned

10.0Everything was perfect (cleanliness of rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby, gym, pool and grounds of property) were above satisfactory. Customer service was amazing and very helpful of any questions.
− The Jacuzzi is still broken.
