10.0Väldigt smidig och hjälpsam personal, de gjorde våran sena ankomst till en superbra kväll. Det började med att rummet inte hade blivit städat, inga problem vi fick ett nytt jättefint rum omgående. Restaurangen var stängd och reserverad hela kvällen till en personalfest som skulle ha julbord. Vi hade endast ätit frukost denna dag, så vi var trötta och hungriga. Men visst tusan kunde personalen fixa detta, lite drygt en timma efter alla tagit julmat kunde vi gå in o ta varsin tallrik med mat. Kaffe och te ordnades också innan läggdags. Vi är så jättenöjda detta bemötande det gjorde våran dag 💐

10.0Reser med hund och stanna en natt. Trevligt bemötande, bra mat, lugnt o skönt. Perfekt för oss. Sov som en stock med öppet fönster för hunden, så tyst.
Fantastisk området
8.0Hotellet ligger fantastisk til ved Gøta elv og en stor park med mange skulpturer og aktiviteter å drive med. Området har vært institusjon for psykisk syke, men i dag er det totalt renovert og mange ulike statlig og kommunale holder til i bygningene i det store området. Maten på hotellet er god, sengene er gode og personalet er vennlige og serviceinnstilt.

10.0Havde 2 overnatninger. Meget venligt personale, dejligt værelse og hyggelig sofa/lounge område ved receptionen. Lækker morgenmad, menuen til aftens maden var meget simpel og de havde ikke alt på menuen, men fik go mad.

8.0Bra och trevlig personal som är mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående, en mindre frukostbuffé, när vi var där fanns tyvärr ej möjlighet till spa bad
