− La télé qui ne fonctionnait pas et l’odeur dans la chambre. Le lit des deux enfants qui était un lit d’appoint.

Une honte pour le 4 étoiles

− La restauration pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles , surtout le soir ainsi que le personnel de restauration, jamais présent dans la salle , à de rares exceptions Les animations inexistantes L’aménagement chambre, pas de parasol , pas d’enrouleur papier toilette , une échelle dans une douche si petite est dangereuse et demande une sacrée maîtrise pour ne pas mouiller sa serviette une seule chaise , on peut pas regarder la tv cachée par une poutre du baldaquin … Le massage en pleine chaleur , pas de chaise pour poser ses habits , la masseuse est obligé de tenir la porte pour qu’on puisse se déshabiller, aucun point d’eau donc j’en déduit qu’elle se lave pas les mains ?!!!
