6.0Bed was super comfy, but linen on bed as well as towels were worn and torn.
− Super noisy location of the room. We asked nicely for a room with a view, and the request was ignored. Staff yelled outside our window at 5am waking us up. Waited 40mins for a room service cappuccino. Bathroom door is thin and semi see-through. Very uncomfortable when someone is in the toilet while room service brings something. Toilet flusher kept falling out of the wall.

Our stay was wonderful and we will return in future
10.0We had breakfast on a previous visit and enjoyed it very much, but this time we requested breakfast packs which were wonderful on the road as we left early, at 04:00 for our next destination. I however enjoyed the dinner, which was curried ox tribe with samp, which one do not get at most venues.
− There is nothing we did not like for all was made comfortable and we also received the room we requested and a reserved parking as I am on crutches. The reception and porter staff was so helpful and very friendly.
