Great location and wonderful pools (3 different ones-cold plunge, therapy, and swimming).
10.0We loved the location. The front door is directly across the street from the convention center and metro, and the back door opens directly into Old Town Montreal. This makes it the perfect location.

7.0The location is fantastic, and it’s definitely worth the price if you’re a tourist. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the room service is both fast and polite.
− Initially, the valet service proved to be ineffective. Subsequently, one morning, an abrupt and intense odor of cannabis smoke emanated from the AC.
Nice People, Good Location, Facilties Management Needs Help
7.0Good location, valet staff excellent as was front desk
− My first room was down 6 stairs and in a corner. The first thing you saw was that the corner of the drapes had come off the rod. I asked for a different room because I have a knee surgery coming up and because the room looked rather sad and they were very nice to accommodate me. Our new room was much better. Unfortunately the outlet in the bathroom for the blow dryer did not work so we had to use an outlet in the bedroom. There were also visible stains on the mattress cover which had an ick factor. They were very nice when I asked them to change it, but when I got back to the room at the end of the day, they had not made the bed back up so I had to prompt them to do so. There was also no bath gel in the shower which they took care of, but I feel that in the past when I’ve stayed at the Westin things were in much better shape.
