4.0Lovely staff! Absolutely fantastic service!
− Beach pictures are a total scam. Its two meters high concrete wall and followed by long distances of low tide mud. You can’t walk on the neighbors property any direction cause its flooded with fish nets, bottles, broken glass and garbage. We also had a serious sewage smell in the room and one day when showering the water flooded sewage out of all drains and shower floor. We told the manager and they fixed the plumbing and cleaned the room. But the smell stayed in the drains. There was also 3 electrical black outs while we were there. The sunbeds are totally dirty around the pool Food in restaurant was overpriced and wasn’t good at all. We had to order grab dinner many times cause there is nothing else close by. The roads around the hotel is also flooded with garbage. Inside hotel it’s clean but a meter out and you see garbage. They should clean also around the property. Overall lowest point is that you can’t really use the beach and it’s too far away from anything else. We spent 1000 baht every day on bolt to get to lamai or chaweng.

8.0Private Pool, staff, and the ability to completely relax
− Power goes off occasionally and when it come back on it rings your doorbell, this can happen anytime of day or night. As staff how to turn doorbell off Location is a bit far away for other restaurants and bars You need to have the Grab or Bolt rideshare app. These are both good. There is of course scooter hire if you feel comfortable with the traffic
