6.0I loved the staff and being greeted at the door. Our a/c wasn't working on our first day and they took care of it immediately. I also really liked the location, it was an easy walk from the 1.
− The beds were tiny and uncomfortable. The window didn't close all the way, letting in that notorious NYC noice. And the breakfast, you can skip it, it's coffee and some croissants they seem to get from costco or something.
