8.0We were at an event at the REI convention centre and it couldn’t have been handier to get to and from the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were very accommodating of our party arriving at various times!
− Laminated timber floors in the rooms made it feel a little cheap.
Outstanding staff and a wonderful stay
10.0We had a fantastic stay at NH Hotel Amsterdam Zuid. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as we had hoped. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and the overall experience was excellent. The only minor issue we experienced was during one of our dinners. However, what impressed us the most was the way the team handled it. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and resolved the situation promptly, turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
