The most amazing catering ever
10.0Our greatest and profound thanks to Eric and his team !!! We had to schedule a last minute family trip to PEI due the sudden passing of my father in law. There was 17 immediate family members who arrived in short order. Trying to arrange everything for everyone and a funeral was no easy task. Since it was mid December we thought perhaps we could have a Christmas meal all together. We contacted Eric at first said he would like to help but his team was already swamped. However knowing the circumstances he quickly said "no worries" I will make it happen. His team worked on their day and prepared the most amazing meal. (They even made a vegan portion for us). The proportions were amazing, the food was absolutely delicious and they thought of everything,forks,knives,salt pepper,butter, desert, etc etc and all in charging dishes to keep everything warm. Eric and his team made a sad event into a warm family function that will be remembered fondly forever. Thank you sooo much. You kindness and generosity will not be forgotten. The DesRoches's family

10.0This hotel is on an Air Force base that has shut down, and has annex’s. We are in one of the barracks! Everything is fantastic! Being an army brat it brings back memories of my younger years!
