1.0We book family rooms for one week but unfortunately we stay 2 nights we request booking.com rest of 3 nights refund they said we can request to property I said ok I went on receptionist booking.com email you guys please response they replied back no refund. I asked can I see manager she said our manager said he busy we not refunded you want to stay 3 more nights, we not refunded you I’m staying last 3 years going in court. We not staying anymore. One day I request clean my room when I left I come back afternoon my room still is same they clean my room after 4 pm unfortunately Malik….!

9.0High-end hotel, spacious rooms, good location close to the centre, 10 minutes walk from the train station, good breakfast. Gym, swimming pool and restaurant on site.
− It was very warm in the room despite window being open for many hours on a cool day (no air con and a child lock on the window, which seemed over the top for a window high above the floor). Also, the choice of non-cooked breakfast was limited: 1 type of ham, 1 type of cheese, no vegetables.

6.0Breakfast was very nice. Great service. Staff excellent. Fabulous receptionest caled Vlada was so helpful and kind to the kids. Pool was great and staff were very helpful here too. Rooms comfy and spacious!
− The food in the bar wasnt great. Service was poor. Complained about the kids pasta meal and manager came down to ask what was wrong. Was still charged for kids meal on the bill questioned the waitress and she said i can get a manager to take it off if youd like. Very poor customer service. I have worked in hospitality industry for years and felt these people are not well trained and need to brush up on their interpersonal skills. We asked for desert menu after our plates hadnt been cleared away and she said order quick as kitchen is closing but we were never asked would we like to see menu. Very dissapointing.
