− The reception service was disappointing. I originally booked three nights through Booking.com and later wanted to extend my stay by one more night. The first receptionist simply told me that she couldn't extend my booking because it had been made through Booking.com and handed my room key back without offering any advice or alternative solution. Later, another staff member informed me that I could simply book the extra night directly with the hotel, which is exactly what I did. This information should have been provided from the beginning. After extending my stay and paying the full amount with my bank card, I later discovered that the receptionist had written down my card number and other card details without my knowledge or consent. When I asked why, she first said she would delete the information. When I asked why it had been recorded in the first place, the supervisor stepped in and claimed it was for a "security deposit." I asked what security deposit she was referring to since my stay had already been paid in full. She then changed the explanation and said the card details had been deleted. I believe guests should always be informed and asked for consent before any payment card information is recorded, and staff should provide clear and consistent explanations. Another issue was the cleanliness of the plates in the lobby restaurant. On one occasion, I had to ask a waiter to replace my plate more than five times because it was still dirty. At times, he even brought back the same plate instead of replacing it. I eventually asked to speak with the supervisor, Rahul, and showed him the plate by holding it under the sunlight, where the stains and lack of cleanliness were clearly visible. I appreciate Rahul's professionalism in handling the situation. From then on, he personally brought me a clean plate and showed it to me before placing it on the table.

Hotel stay was ok except very high cost for services.

− Food and laundary was very expensive as compared to other similar hotels which made me feel unsatisfied

Good for a two days stay but wouldn’t recommend for long relaxing holiday.

The rooms were clean and nice however we had two other rooms including a business suite where the air conditioning didn’t work and they provided a standing fan. But overall I would still say the rooms were good.

− The only restaurant downstairs with multi cuisine the food was really not good. The service at the restaurant was really bad and also the reception staff need a lot of training.
