10.0Highly recommend staying here. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us to a larger, very comfortable room on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The L’Occitane shampoo and conditioner were so good that we bought them for the rest of our trip! The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, with fantastic cafés, restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

10.0Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum vlakbij een parkeergarage. De kamer was ruim en fraai ingericht. Het was er heerlijk koel (buiten was het extreem warm) en stil dus we konden uitstekend slapen.

Capitole public parking is more easily accessible on your way to the hotel through Place Wilson. If you are using a GPS, follow directions to Place Wilson, and then follow the signs to Place du Capitole and the parking. Please note that the parking is only 5.9 feet in height. If on your way, you come across an access point, you may ring the staff and inform them that you are a guest of Le Grand Balcon Hotel to be given access.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
