Did the job, but we would love to have had hot water and an air conditioning that didn’t wake us up.
6.0Very convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
− Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water in our room for the first 24 hours. It did eventually get fixed, but put a damper on our stay. Also the air conditioner was quite loud and it would be very nice if there was an onsite electric ca charger on site.

2.0The hotel cancelled the booking without any information to us. We reached the property at around 1 AM With Confirmed booking from booking.com and they just says that its cancelled and nothing was informed to us. It Became a nightmare for us to find another hotel at 2 am at Grass Valley. We had to spend excess moeny to get any hotel at last moment.
