7.0Staff and service was good. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. Overall good experience.
− The room was quite small. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made lot of noise. Also there should be one small bed light incase that needs be kept on I The night. The cable network was not working and this should have been taken care of before checkin done. More facilities shld be there compare the the charges of the room
I would love to come back and stay in the same hotel if need be arise in future .
8.0I truly appreciated the staff at the property. They were exceptionally professional, warm, and accommodating throughout my stay. They made me feel like I was part of a family rather than just a guest in a hotel. A special thank you to Ravi, Allam, Mehek, and the entire room service team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Location ok, basic breakfast unless you want Indian food. Bed linen nor changed regularly during the stay unless you ask
5.0Location to where we needed to be was good.
− Not as well maintained as the pictures show. Staff that all know when your check out date is, I mean ALL of them as they want a monetary tip at the end of your stay. Made it quite uncomfortable. One male staff member went to a solo female guest room just for a tip as he wasn’t working on her checkout day. We were there 10 nights and bed linen only changed once and that’s because we asked for it.
