− The swimming pool was on renovation. We weren't told prior to booking. They made us pay before informing us it was under renovation. If we had known it was under renovation, we wouldn't had booked it.

6.0The staff were all lovely, professional and couldn't do enough for you. My room was spacious. Food was delicious. Happy hour made drinks excellent value. The common areas: bar, restaurant were lovely welcoming spaces
− The pool was out of operation when I visited in Late June. I didn't get hot water in the shower during my stay. It was tepid and ran out red before becoming clearer each time I used it.
