Good hotel elevator problems
6.0The hotel was adequate.Breakfast was really good.Only complaint was that the elevator made it kind of in convenient if had more than a few bags staff was nice.The room was clean.What can you say

2.0Do not stay here. Unless the hotel undergoes significant change in operations or remodeling or something you should not stay here. The cleanliness of the hotel is so poor that in my opinion makes it almost inhabitable. I was there for a family union there reports of bug in rooms, there is extreme amount ofdust to the point. where allergic reactions were happening. We had multiple family members to leave the hotel early during their stay. There was next to no housekeeping available, trash in hallways and entryways went unattended for the entirety of my stay and never saw housekeeping during my stay.
Excellent southern hospitality!
10.0Rooms were very clean and comfortable. At times, I could hear others in the hallway, but that's to be expected at a hotel. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable, which is necessary in the summer in North Charleston. Fresh Starbucks coffee was very much appreciated each morning, as well as the hot breakfast bar. I will certainly stay here again when I return to the area.

6.0If you are looking for a high end Hyatt experience this is not your hotel. If you are looking for clean, comfortable and affordable this is your place. All of the staff was kind and accommodations were adequate. Would we stay here again as Hyatt Members, absolutely!!!!!

2.0Hotel smelled like marijuana and the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard. The bed was not comfortable and felt like it was broken. I immediately sank into the bed as I laid in it.
