Friendly staff, neat room
8.0From check-in to check-out, my experience was really good, except I was asked 3 times that I should have consumed a chocolate bar in the mini-bar which I didn't or even I didn't know it was there even though I explained it 3 times.
Needs Maintenance
4.0Water in the bathroom was only like warm. I was put in a smoking room which stunk, despite me asking for a non smoking room. The room was then changed. Floor was sticky and poorly mopped.
Simple basic hotel
4.0Slow WiFi, rooms a bit old, and the roof terrace lost it vibe (if it was ever there...). Location is good, side street so not too busy. Avoid a room at the street side (too noisy traffic)

Good, comfortable hotel, Amazing service
6.0Business trip. this is my fourth stay at the hotel. While this is not the swankiest hotel in Bangalore, it is my preferred choice for the following reasons - very reasonably priced - very decent and clean - convenient location - AMAZING staff and service - great breakfast (both Indian and non-Indian) When I go back to Bangalore, I will stay here again.
