Was very pleased with the room as it was the room i was hoping to get! Decent sized room, a smart tv, bed was very big and comfortable.....my son and i slept very well. The bathroom was clean and decently sized too. Location is good as it's central to popular attractions. The breakfast was very nice too, we had no complaints! The lady who is basically running everything at the hotel (she does the cooking/cleaning and servicing of the rooms) was very attentive and friendly. My son said he felt sorry for her having to do everything on her own 😅. Requests or questions i had were always dealt with quick and efficiently. We appreciated being upgraded with our room, and also for allowing my son to eat inside the room. He struggles with his eating a lot due to his additional needs so it was very helpful to know my son could eat takeaway food in the room if the venue was too noisy/crowded. We had a great stay!

− We had no complaints! The only negative i have is that there were a group of 4 that had breakfast as well as us, and i overheard them making comments about having to wait for their breakfast and saying theyd be quicker making it themselves. I found this to be quite rude considering the lady making the breakfasts was on her own. Regarding the hotel, everything was to our liking!

Fantastic location, 5 min walk to the beach front. What a hidden gem this hotel is. Extremely clean, and smells beautiful. The room was very comfortable. The owners were SO nice. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, due to an unexpected family emergency. ( We have had a sudden death in the family, it was expected, but not this weekend) The owners could not have been any kinder, offering us tea / coffee…asking was there anything they could do to help. I had already booked in again in September, to bring my 2 Grandchildren. Looking forward to returning.

Such a beautiful hotel the staff are lovely and very helpful we had such an amazing stay the room was stunning and very spacious The hotel is in a really good location,we will definitely be staying here again thank you for such a lovely stay

Property was nice and clean. Nice room

− No parking available. Cost 13.00 extra cost. Breakfast should be included with price to stay. Cost extra £20. Breakfast was 9 till 10. Staff didn’t turn up till 9.10. Had to wait 45 mins for it to be served.
