The stay was fairly good but falls short of many other hotels we have previously stayed at in Cornwall

− Room was like a sauna, sleep was impossible. Air conditioning is absolutely required. 27deg in the room with windows open and fan on full. Ridiculous
Due to the size of the elevator, the hotel does not offer room suitable for wheelchair users.
Please note that there is a dress code for the Bay View Restaurant which is smart/smart casual. No ripped denim or sportswear is allowed. More casual dining alternatives are also available.
Please note, the spa and golf course can become very busy and guests are asked to book any spa treatments or tee times in advance in order to avoid disappointment.
The outdoor pool is closed between 1st October & 30th April yearly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
