Great location
7.0The resort is in a great location close to the beach and the shops . The staff were nice and the pool villa a great size
− We had to get the internet fixed four times in 2 days before we had adequate wi fi. The check out process is not good. The service was abrupt and rude while you are made to wait while they check out whether you have stolen anything from the room. I understand they need to check things out but I have never had an experience like that. And then we were charged for items we never even had. Not a nice way to leave a resort

Top locatie met meerdere zwembaden
8.0De ligging van het resort is helemaal top. Ook dat er meerdere zwembaden zijn was erg praktisch, want er waren altijd wel ergens bedjes waar je een beetje schaduw kon vinden. De bedden in de kamers waren heerlijk comfortabel.
− Je ziet wel dat het gedateerd is. Een grote opknapbeurt zou geen kwaad kunnen.

− Villa room batroom a bit too warm due to lack of AC im that part. Lights in bathroom were not good enough.
Family trip (3 adults and 2 kids) in July
10.0We were welcomed at reception and throughout all our stay with smiles, and they were all helpful. The resort is stunning, and having 3 pools & 2 kids' ones was so nice—so it never felt like it was crowded. Having a few small monitor lizards swimming in the water was so cute, as were the resident cats, geckos, and a few frogs. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily. We had 2 x double rooms (with a large sofa bed—one child slept on that). The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of European-style and Asian offerings; therefore, kids were happy too. Recommend the green curry and Penang. Pool/beach towels available daily and bottled water in your room. The daybeds in reception were a lovely place to chill, and we used hotel transport to get to and from the airport. It is a great base for island hopping and day trips. The bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and our beloved 7 Eleven start 1 m from outside the reception. I cannot recommend this place enough and will return.
− The only thing that we can give the resort in terms of constructive feedback is that the area you can use for a shower (after check-out/before you leave) could do with a revamp.
