8.0The ottoman in our room was broke, the elevators took forever! When we checked out after waiting 20 mins on the 16th floor and 3 fully packed elevators stopped we decided to trek it down the stairs to check out. There’s also no microwave in the room, so I don’t get the convenience of the mini fridge if you can heat up your food…it was okay and a convenient location. Overall, I would not stay here again.
