2.0Toilet was stuffed up, cigarette burns on beddings and tables and it smelled like an ashtray. I eneded up leaving in the first 15 minutes due to my asthma

2.0I had made reservations for 6days they never offered to take any trash, replace toilet paper, or towels. The bathroom was dirty from previous occupants and for a while the toilet wouldn't flush. The bath tub was also dirty and the key card would constantly stop working. Also due to a miss understanding on the last day they went when only my 13 yr old was alone and told her she 'we' had to be out by 12 or they were calling the cops. They did not try to contact me at any time when they had my phone number on file. It was a horrible experience

6.0Great location, but my stay was not the best. The key to open the hotel room only worked when I got there. The rest of the times I tried to open with the key it didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to the office and tell the person in charge for every single time I had to enter my room. Then when I was showering the water finished or went out, and when we told the lady in the front, she said she was washing the towels, and that’s why the water had finished. For the price I paid, I expected to at least have running water that doesn’t finish when you’re in the middle of your shower.
