Mid. The only bright spot was the pleasant staff!
3.0The location of the property was great. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. We had to move to another room.
− There are no onsite laundry services, so they ran out of towels when the company they outsourced to for laundry didn’t bring any back.

− The ceiling in the living room had water damage and peeling paint. It looked like the ceiling very much like a hazard. Staff was not welcoming and did not mention any amenities or advise of anything the hotel offered. The hotel room did not cool down even though the temperature was set to 66 degrees. The room with the beds was warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. The price I paid for this hotel room was definitely NOT worth it.

2.0Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Awful customer service. Expensive. Extremely dirty. No AC in my room. Will never recommend this property to anyone.
