10.0I’m legally blind and use walking cane to get around. From my arrival to hotel the front office staff were really helpful and friendly House keeping staff Maria helped guide me to room location and ice machine , Daniel from maintenance was helpful and took care of problem with charging station strip in room and got my phone charging, staff in Bistrom morning and evening shift really awesome and helpful as well. Five stars all around to the friendly and kind staff.

10.0I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Easy check in. There’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor. Checkout is at 12 pm which is a perfect time.

6.0Im was not very happy, the customer service was not the best.I Noticed Smog odor and the Ac was not on when I arrived and felt very inconvenient considering Hesperia temperatures .
