2.0The dead bolt would not lock, they said they fixed it the next day but now the door would not close, they came back and finally fixed it. Used a plug and when I pulled my phone charger out of the outlet came out of the wall. When taking a shower this morning the exhaust vent fell from the ceiling onto my shoulder, didn't get hurt but the vent cover wasn't secured in place. The free WIFI only worked in the front or outside did not work in the building our room was in. Reservation said free breakfast and coffee, they only had coffee with no creamer or sugar available. I will never stay at this place ever again even if was free.

8.0Had to speak to the desk about people sitting on the stairs, smoking pot. It’s supposed to be a smoke free facility with the exception of the smoking area. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable. But it was super cheap as part of a package. I’d probably stay again, but I wouldn’t bring my wife.
