− The furniture had stains on it. It was very old scratched up furniture. and we found a spider in our bed dead on the top sheet.
Our stay was perfect.
10.0The breakfast was great. The staff was really nice, polite and professional. Our room was clean and there were plenty of towels. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We will definitely return.

Charged for a no stay. No internet
2.0This property charged me even when I didn’t stay. When I arrived they checked me in without telling me the internet wasn’t working. When I found out, I told them I couldn’t stay and needed to b checked out at no charge. They said I would need to wait days till their manager approved. I did contact Hilton. They apologized for the hotels behavior and still they charged me. Don’t stay here. Not a reputable business
Going the extra mile
10.0Our room was clean and neat. Staff very friendly and helpful. What stand out the most is the great variety of coffee creamers. We stay at a lot of Hilton properties but it is the small things like good coffee and creamers that make a difference. Will stay here again!

− Exercise facility closed for construction. Construction next door hotel room very noisy. We chose this Hampton Inn over other options for the exercise facility and to be able to get some rest. We should have been told in advance and given the option to switch rooms. Why did they choose to put us in this particular room??
Wouldn’t have stayed if I knew about remodeling

− They were remodeling and we weren’t told. Parking lot was full of construction stuff. Water went off during shower, no fitness center, no discount.
