− The staff who checked us in (Lauren) was not nice. The hot tub was not clean. I had a couple of red spots on my leg and face after sleeping (not bedbugs)

− The hot tub was working the first day, but the second day it barely worked at all. the main reason we booked this hotel was because we wanted to go in the hot tub. Both days but only got one day out of it really

I only stayed one night due to early surgery at RVH but my stay was great. No negative issues.
