6.0The Oaks is a well appointed property, easy walk to town and has a lovely pool area and offers a restaurant which caters for breakfast.
− On the first night our bathroom flooded as there is no shower door or screen. We asked for it to be cleaned and the-made, which didn’t happen, so we had wet towels on the floor for 3 days.

It was ok..
5.0We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Comfortable, spacious & had a great view of the pool. The pool was a great hang our spot to relax & unwind. Great spa bath & a swesome bed.
− The reteraunt of the hotel was almost never open. Parking was horrible. There was NEVER any parking available so we had to park at the back in a bush with no lighting & had to walk throgh trash/ a dumping ground of old fridges etc. Super unprofessional & not great. In my opinion it could be much better for what you are paying.

− No food or drinks available until 5pm, breakfast not included, expensive, no room tidy during my stay, not impressed with arrogant manner of the female receptionist, the male was .overly and helpful though.
