10.0Basically everything: it is well located, the hotel itself has outstanding restaurants, the breakfast, the service, the canal, the room, the spa with unlimited tea and almonds with chocolate and carrot cake. We would like to give a special thanks to Abdul, the host, which was very kind, funny, happy, etc.

The best hotel we have stayed at!
10.0We stayed at the one and only for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon and couldn’t have chosen a better location/hotel. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and they made our stay feel homely with nice touches throughout the stay. We ate at the grill restaurant during our stay and the steak was incredible. Absolutely a 5 star experience in every area. Breakfast is an absolute 10/10, again the staff are so helpful in accommodating requests and food is served in good time.

Amazing hotel and staff
10.0First time at One and Only, and it did not disappoint. Not onlt a great location, but an amazing hotel and the absolute best part was the staff. I wound give the staff 100 stars. I wish I could remember all their names (they remember us all the time ), but Elton at the bar and Feroz at concierge became our best friends.
