3.0− I stayed here over a month ago when I arrived. I had a strange man in my bed when I went to reception. They had very little interest in the situation and I actually had to request a change of room. The next morning I check out I wanted an invoice and they bluntly told me that they can’t give me an invoice because of a change in the company. I asked how I could get an invoice and she said well maybe come back in a couple of weeks or send an email. As most people that stay in Hotels don’t actually live in the city where the hotel is it was quite a ridiculous request to come back in a couple of weeks. I’ve sent emails I’ve got no replies I’ve sent request for invoice through Booking.com. I get no replies. Coincidentally I was back in Berlin this week. I dropped by to ask my invoice and the answer stayed the same. They can’t give me an invoice. I should send an email or come back later. If you’re travelling for business, do not stay here as they just don’t give you invoices.
