6.0Les restaurants, les différentes piscines avec toboggans. La plage privée, limite pieds dans l'eau.... Les animations sont sympa...
− L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles... Le ménage est bâclé, nous avons eue 2 cafards géants ( sans vouloir exagérer ...) La réception nous propose de changer contre des chambres inférieures... et nous dis qu'en Crête c'est normal d'avoir cet insecte dans la chambre... Spa illimité faux , piscine intérieure uniquement...

− ביקשנו חדרים קרובים והיינו צריכים לשלם על כך בזמן הצק אין במלון. המסעדות במלון ברמה מאוד נמוכה . ציפינו שהם יהיו עם אוכל ברמה יותר גבוהה והם אכזבו

9.0We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. We really appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request to change rooms, making sure we were comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. One gesture that really stood out was that they noticed we had placed pillows along the side of the bed for our child and thoughtfully added a bedside safety guard to help prevent her from falling. It showed great attention to detail and genuine care. A special thank you to Adriadne restaurant manager, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and fun. He personally led our daughter to a beautifully arranged table for her birthday celebration, complete with a cake, making her feel truly special. We also want to give a huge thank you to Nicoleta and the restaurant staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and careful to ask if we needed anything. The kids’ pool was fantastic, the cold drinks were always refreshing, and the evening entertainment was excellent. The night shows were enjoyable, and the mini disco was a highlight for our daughter.

The Arina Beach Hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. All inclusive package is provided until the guest's departure from the hotel. Buffet dinner is served until 21:30.
