4.0I did not have a balcony in my room. Overall my stay was not that great. This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. I stay quite regularly at many Crowne Plazas, and this one was lacking considerably. From the poor reception behaviour when I arrived, food at breakfast was not to the same level as others in the group. Common areas were dirty. Lifts not working. Overall poor this would be more like a 2 or 3 star.

8.0Nothing to complain about. Works well ... smooth check in and check out. Car parking no problem. Hotel generally in reasonable condition and clean. Room comfortable and clean - good powerful shower. Buffet breakfast good.
