We didn't get what we paid for.
4.0Bartenders and waiters are very nice. Kids pool was nice. The adults only pools were gross, so many dead bugs in the pools.
− A/C in rooms only. No A/C in hotel or elevators. Only 4 elevators and 10 ppl max, so it takes forever to catch an elevator. The food at the buffets is not good. The front desk staff is rude. The beds in the rooms are pushed together which we found odd.

− Ya había visitado el Riu y todo excelente pero en esta ocasión tuvimos algunos desacuerdos . En primer lugar llegamos y nos entregan la habitación con sábanas sucias y el minibar vacío. Hacemos el reporte del minibar y nos dicen que lo van a rellenar y pasa un día de nuestra llegada y nada ni siquiera agua teníamos , luego va a mi esposo a decirles y dicen que ya lo habían mandado rellenar lo cual no era cierto, la verdad nos molestó porque fue incómodo que te traten de mentiroso. Y pues ya se ahí todo lo demás está excelente.
