9.0Un endroit exceptionnel, un voyage dans l’histoire, une vue magnifique sur le lac Maggiore. Le personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Petit déjeuner complet, piscine agréable
− Un incident qui a été désagréable : le château organise des événements et le samedi soir un mariage a eu lieu juste en bas de notre chambre jusqu’à 2h du matin, impossible de se reposer cette nuit là. Nous aurions aimé être prévenus à l’avance, mais nous avons eu des excuses de la part des propriétaires par la suite et également un geste commercial sur le prix total du séjour.

10.0What a place! Stunning location, immaculate rooms, views over the lake and the surrounding area are breathtaking! Breakfast was fantastic, huge selection of hot and cold foods/fruits and eggs/waffles etc made to order. Staff are hugely welcoming and helpful, massive thanks to Giancarlo for finding us a taxi on Saturday night in Arona. The Above and Beyond goes to Enrico, the bartender. Maker of cocktails extraordinaire! Freshly cut flowers from the garden, little twists on the original recipes, and each time they did not disappoint. It was a joy to watch him work! Cocktail masterclasses should be added to the resort calendar! Hubby is already recreatimg his pina colada!
