The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Each dormitory had its own shower room with a toilet, which was convenient. The hostel also offered a well-equipped kitchen with tables and chairs, a games room, and a luggage storage room for guests. One of the biggest highlights is the location. The International Inn is situated in an excellent area, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring the city.

− During my stay, I was woken at around 10:00 p.m. by a member of the night staff who believed I was sleeping in an occupied bed. I was asked to move to another bed, only to find that it had not been made up. The staff then had to ask other guests in the dormitory which beds were occupied and which were available. I waited on a chair while clean bedding was being fetched, only to be informed that I had been sleeping in the correct bed all along. Unfortunately, this disruption meant I was unable to get back to sleep, despite having to leave very early the following morning. To help prevent similar situations, I would suggest introducing a simple bed identification system. For example, each bed could be assigned a number or letter, and guests could be asked to report their chosen bed to reception immediately after check-in. This would make it much easier for staff to identify occupied and unoccupied beds without disturbing guests during the night. To their credit, the staff apologised afterwards, which I appreciated. The kitchen and shower facilities could also benefit from more frequent cleaning, as they were not as clean as I would have expected.
