Charged €105 on arrival as per the 5* rated tourist tax, which the experience does not reflect 5*. Rooms were spacious, lots of storage, however the bedding was not changed once during our 7 night stay. We were told towels are only changed every 3 days when requesting fresh ones (some of our towels were used to cover the drains from the smell leaving us short), floors were dirty even after cleaning, smell of sewers came through the drains in the bathroom at times which was very unpleasant (smell was also constant at the back of the hotel). The food served was repetitive, lukewarm at best, not much options. The Italian restaurant was a better experience, hot food, however the service felt very rushed. We went elsewhere for entertainment as we found it wasn't great at the hotel. The arcade was fairly decent, however the sewer smell was rife, resulting in us not want to stay long. When requesting for the room to be cleaned, we found only that the bins were changed. The sun loungers appeared unclean too, and my friend hurt their foot on the uneven tiles in the pool. One of our fresh towels had marks on which looked like blood?! The drain overflowed with soap after we each had a shower. We also experienced a few power cuts. We woke up and no electric was working, once it came back on it went off again. It was fixed, we went to the canteen for breakfast and the electric went off again, fixed. Back to our room and the electric went off once again. Although it was only a few moments at a time, it would have been nice for staff to have updated us on what was happening. Comparing to other experiences, staff didn’t make an effort to greet or chat to you, sometimes appearing quite rude. Overall, our stay was okay, however for the price we paid and the 5* tax we were charged does not reflect the experience we had. Would not visit again.

Very disappointed to what we payed for, the resort is very run down,looks very tired in a lot of places, the pop was just pure syrup, and the food wasn’t good, especially for kids, the slide area was very tired, the other 2 pool were ok, most of the sunbeds needed replacing, some staff could be very rude

We had a great stay but wouldn’t return as the whole place needs a refurb. The pros Lovely beach Food is better than we expected lots of choices great salads and something for everyone. Shame they don’t have fresh cut fruit Staff were nice nobody went out their way but no complaints Drink token system works well You have everything you need on site with shops reasonably priced Cons The hotel feels quite run down and needs refurbishment. Regular smell of sewerage The room is big with two bedrooms but basic, very hard beds, itchy blankets, bedding doesn’t get changed so gets sandy The mosquitos are savage we all got bitten so badly even with spray and wristbands. Lots of wasps too We had limited animation team but think this was due to being end of season

I have given a 3 star as this has potential to be a nice 3 star hotel - with good facilities especially those travelling with children. This is an honest review! DO NOT TRAVEL HERE AT THE END OF OCTOBER. For many reasons - firstly they closed most the facilities down a week before the hotel actually closed. “End of season” means no kids club/entertainment - some pool bars and a la cartes closed too. The wasps this time of year are everywhere and there are tons of nests around. The mosquitoes this time of year are also everywhere. The buffet foot was the scraps - we had all sorts and it wasn’t nice - sprouts for breakfast! One of our kids has spent the night being sick so not great! With that being said - we ate at il gusto and that was wonderful! Facilities in the villas area are 4 star and nice - until they closed the pool bar early. There’s 2 other decent sized pools which are nice and one more pool with slides which is old and tried but the kids enjoyed it. Can’t comment on kids club or entertainment because it was non existent. Constantinou at the bike hire is lovely and provided hours of fun for the kids on little cars and a family bike! He should be cherished he was such a lovely man! They bribe you for good reviews here with cocktail vouchers. So be aware of some of the reviews. We were given vouchers but they ironically got stolen from my sunbed. The porters are also gems- they will run you about when they are free as the resort is huge- and always have a smile! This hotel has potential but I was not able to even slightly enjoy what this place could offer which is a shame! I travel 8 or so times a year and unfortunately wouldn’t pay to return or even recommend.

the place was closing down for the season which we wasn’t told, so that was such a low but jessica is the person you need, she helps with absolutely everything and is so lovely & kind!!! if you ever come here go to jessica she is the best! definitely should be the manager lol… we love you jess!!! thank you for helping and looking after us for the week..
