− BOOKING CHANGED OUR RESERVATION INSTEAD OF 3 QUEEN BEDS TO A KING WITH PULL OUT SOFA. THE FRONT DESK WAS APOLOGETIC AND I UNDERSTAND IT'S OUT OF THEIR CONTROL
