8.0Employees are very friendly and eager to help you. The room was very clean. The shower has nice power for sore backs. Checking in and out was very smooth!

Great stay for value
10.0Room a little Spartan, but bed was soft, A/C was fine, plenty of hot water for shower...what more could you want? Restaurant attached to hotel was very nice, they don't mind dogs sitting with us on the patio! And location was great, right in middle of Finger Lakes! Great value!

− Beds!!! They need new mattress. The room we were in both beds had mattress that collapsed in the middle, no support. We woke up after first night with back pain

− The beds aren’t as comfortable as I’d like but the sheets were soft and clean.
A great place to stay while in the area
9.0The hotel was clean, safe, and well appointed. The staff was very very friendly and helpful, and a restaurant is attached to the hotel. the hotel is also across the street from a lake. It is also located a half block away from a 24hr McDonald's and 20 minutes away from a Wegman's by car.
