Do not stay here! Gross and awful staff!
2.0On the night of our stay, June 19, we checked into our two reserved rooms at 12:30 AM after a long day of travel. Upon entering the room, we were shocked to discover: Severe mold covering the mattress: The mattress was absolutely covered in mold. It was incredibly disgusting and a major health hazard. Oil on the headboard: There was visible oil smeared all over the headboard. Failed Inspection: To make matters worse, there was a physical note left in the room stating that it had been inspected and cleared by hotel staff. This is a severe failure of your housekeeping and quality assurance standards. Because it was 12:30 AM, our entire family was exhausted. Instead of sleeping, we had to spend our night frantically rearranging everyone across the rooms because the moldy mattress was completely unusable.
