On the whole it was a clean and comfortable stay with excellent staff.
8.0Clean and the staff are hospitable and helpful. They always were polite and friendly. They were apologetic about the wait for the room past check in time and gave us a box of snacks.
− I didn’t know and it wasn’t stated anywhere that there is no housekeeping of the room while you stay? They had to be asked to provide the towels for 4 people…the room had only 3 sets. The fridge had to be replaced as the door wouldn’t close so it seems the room wasn’t checked pre check in?
All in all you get what you pay for. It was cheap for the week we stayed.
2.0Good location near everything
− House keeping not a daily thing, no change do to laundry (would be best to have a change machine), soaps in the showers were empty, valet parking is very expensive (park across the street $18.00 a day instead of $52)

10.0Staff was very helpful and nice. Good location and in walking distance to many amenities.
We enjoyed our 6 day stay despite the minor hiccups. Definitely make sure you’re prepared to pay for valet and tips.
6.0Conveniently located downtown. Staff was friendly.
− Comforter had make up stains on it. There was only one roll of toilet paper when we arrived. When asked for extra “sets” of towels we were only given two bath towels. Only has valet parking at 52.00 a day.

9.0O hotel e os funcionários são ótimos. As acomodações também. Fica perto da Apple e desejávamos fazer algumas compras o que facilitou muito. Fomos à pé.
− O preço alto para deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel. Deixamos num estacionamento próximo com preço bem. mais em conta. Na rua tem muitas pessoas aparentemente usando drogas o que nos deixou apreensivos.
