− Enviaram aviso para confirmar o horário da chegada qdo eu estava no avião (eu já tinha informado várias vezes que iria chegar às 17:40h) l. Só recebi o aviso qdo aterrissei, então enviei msg na hora (18h). Mas recebi msg automática informando que eles só trabalham das 9 as 17h... Então não responderam minha msg e não enviaram os códigos para entrar no prédio e no apto! Sorte que minha irmã já estava hospedada e abriu a porta do prédio para podermos entrar.. minha irmã mandou msg pra ele e depois de muito tempo responderam falando que eu teria q fazer o pagamento para poder entrar. Enviaram o link do pagamento e só após eu pagar enviaram os códigos....ou seja: se minha irmã não estivesse lá eu teria passado a noite na rua!!!!!

− A limpeza do banheiro e das paredes me deixaram muito incomodada, porque é falta de cuidado e capricho com um espaço. Não tive coragem de tomar banho naquele banheiro.

− La primera noche la pasamos fuera del apartamento la clave no nos ingreso y fue horrible, buscamos otro alojamiento por suerte y afortunadamente contábamos con dinero al salir, si bien fuimos compensadas pero la pasamos horrible y con miedo a que nos pueda pasar algo , creo que deberían contar con un personal que trate ante una emergencia así, no solo depender de una entrada que pueda fallar y vivir momentos horribles por no poder ingresar .

− Llegue a la madrugada con dos niños se olvidaron de activar mi ingreso nadie me reapondia , estaba en la calle sola con loa chicos, al otro dia me pregubtaron si queria una solucion, nunca podes hablar con una personas son todas maquinas. Me ayudo dejandome entrar un vecino asi no estaba en la calle q es un barrio muy lindo pero bs as de noche no es seguro Yo avise mil veces q mi ingreso iba a ser en ese horario.
