1.0− Camera con vista sul cortile posteriore pieno di fusti di birra, aspirazione della cucina rumorosa accesa continuamente. La sera del mio soggiorno c'era un matrimonio e c'è stata musica alta fino alle 4 di notte, invitati alle nozze che faccevano rumore nelle camere e nei corridoi. Le camere nnon sono insonorizzate e si sente tutto. Ho dormito forse 2 ore in tutta la notte. Una struttura seria avrebbe avvertito in anticipo dell'evento per dare la possibilità di anullare il soggiorno e scegliere un altra location. Il mio peggior soggiorno in un hotel.

− Advertising room having balcony and jacuzzi for 239 euro with breakfast. We didn't get this deluxe room. Booked deluxe room with balcony and jacuzzi on booking.com. hotel recieved my order as deluxe room only. Better communication is required. Staff poor communication with reception. I was double charged for drinks. I had receipt for drinks which I had proof. If I dint have receipt I wonder what would happen? Reception had me billed because restaurant staff didn't tell reception manager. This was hotel and restaurant manager poor communication.
