− عندما ذهب إلى هناك لم يكن حجزتي موجوداً فأضطر الفندق بنقلي إلى فندق آخر بنفس قيمة حجزي وهذا سلوك غير مقبول لأني وددت ان اكون قريب من محطة الunderground و هذا تعامل غير احترافي إطلاقاً
