Excellent Service & Perfect Airport Location
10.0Great stay at Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino Cebu! The location is unbeatable it’s literally right next to the airport, which makes traveling so convenient. The staff were extremely accommodating, professional, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Service was excellent. I also loved the breakfast buffet lots of good options to choose from. The only issue was the water pressure in our room, which was very weak and made showering difficult. But I believe it may have just been an isolated issue. It definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.
Two Visits too Many
4.0Tried this for the second time because of the convenience to the airport, and there won't be a third time. Mostly poor service, mediocre rooms. Good food at the dinner buffet. Breakfast, not so much. The casino is weird and empty.

4.0We had an executive suite and were expecting more . Everything felt old and dated . The service was not as friendly as we are used to in the Philippines . We had an OK stay
