What a joke!
2.0The area and room was very accommodating.
− There was no hot water over 24 hours. On top of that, called the front desk 2 times and they said someone was working on it. Did not leave a message about if it was fixed. Woke up next morning trying to call the front desk no answer or Explanation.
Nice location, but could be better
7.0The location was nice. The staff was nice.
− There was only one elevator working. The iron was subpar. The sofa was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. I believe there was a mouse.
The suite provided the space and location that we needed.

The hotel was decent but would not stay again due to the cleanliness
6.0It was relatively close to all the activities we had planned
− The mattress has blood on it. We found out because the sheets had hair on them. We changed the sheets and discovered the blood and a mattress pad that was ripped.
Not happy with this place. Spent 400 for a nice place to stay and didn’t even have hot water.

− You have to pay to park. No hot water in the shower and they could not move us to a different room. Took cold showers. Both room. No extra blankets for the pull out couch.
We stayed one night it was comfortable.

− Only one elevator working, phones in rooms and in hall not all were working, not all tv working
