− There was a good 10 minute week to check in. I went to check in and my room still was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. So then it was another 30 minutes.
We stayed for one night for a show at MPP, location was good. Room was disappointing. No privacy in the bathroom as the

− Our bathroom door didn’t close, the shower head was hanging off the wall, ac unit very loud and not consistent in cooling.
Clean, comfortable and enjoyable.
9.0The hotel was spotless. It looked and smelled incredibly clean. My room size was ample. Much bigger than other rooms I’ve stayed in at other hotels. Parking was easy. Staff was nice.
− Check in was tedious. Maybe they were under staffed but this poor woman seemed to be working very hard to obtain info from housekeeping as to whether rooms were clean / ready. I felt bad for her. The staff was only overwhelmed because they had so many folks checking in and the information as to whether rooms were clean and ready or not was not making it back to the front desk fast enough. But, throughout it all, the staff remained pleasant and friendly and they handled it very well. Also I feel the price per night was gouged. Very high. $400+. But, I didn’t really have complaints about my room or my stay so it is what it is.

3.0− Fan in bathroom was broke. Food on the floors. Hair all in the bed, pull out sofa was gross.
