Beware of Extra Charges! This Hotel Takes Unjustified Safety Deposits
1.0Carefull Carefull Please protect yourself from cheaters you will be over charge in this hotel they will take extra charge as safty deposite on your card and will say we will refund this amount to your card after your check out. They will never refund you the Safty deposite. I will fight for my rights and will not leave even one penny with them. They has to refund. I paid 910.53 RMB as security deposite which is not back since i left from 12-Jul-2025.
− The Hotel is over charging in the shape of Security deposite. Be Carefull ask them before checkin and try to pay them cash and ask cash in refund of Seciurity deposite. Otherwise you will suffer as i am suffring.

Unprofessional Behavior from Guest Services Representative
6.0− i had an unpleasant experience with the female staff member from Guest Services who delivered a toothpick to my room. She left before I could finish asking my question.
