All in all it was a good clean place to lay your head when needed.
6.0It was close to where we wanted to stop.
− The air conditioning was not on when we got to the room on July 3rd. Then it did not ever get cool I bet it wasn’t below 77 by the time we woke up the next morning.
Requested Booking to refund money, was told it was unable to do, Booking should be responsible

− Did not stay, no one in office. It was locked, non operable cars parked in entrance, outside looks shabby, Notified office via phone call we were not staying and to cancel reservation
It was a step back in time that made me appreciate modern facilities.
6.0It was centrally located to all the places we visited in the area. Water pressure was decent.
− The Office/Lobby was vacant and locked at both peak check-in and check-out.At check-in, were greeted by the employee who was returning from walking the dog. Nice enough but the lag in the Ring doorbell had her surprised that we were waiting. At checkout we used the mailbox to return the key cards. The place is super dated, walls seemed paper thin, could here the neighbor clearing his throat repeatedly, mattress felt like it had seen better (or maybe worse days) also there are several vehicles that seem to be inoperable and parked in prime locations which frankly are in the way.

10.0I really do love staying here. The location is great, the food next door is great, the young lady at the front desk is great. I will continue staying here every time I need to stay in the area.
