− They moved me to a room with no view after I was booked into a room with a view. Staff was rude and no help. Pool was under maintenance. Its a timeshare, which is didn't know when I booked through booking.com.
My family and I would have had a fantastic stay if we were in a different cottage with no issues. Our neighbors around a
2.0Stormy Point was is a great location. Close to Branson, Mo strip and show we had planned to see. Community that our property was on was beautiful. Once we rode around 2 hrs trying to figure out where to check in because our actual address to the lodge we were initially supposed to stay at was closed. No one let us know prior to our check in date.
− Every time we returned to our cottage from a long day enjoying ourselves in Branson, our keys would never work. We had a water leak from the light fixture over the tub on the bottom floor.

4.0Don’t know about the place was given an email just as I arrived in Branson that our reservation was cancelled due to problems that came up. Was given a two -two-bedroom rental instead of a 4 bedroom house. For half our stay until a four bedroom was available at another resort. Totally not what I wanted! Splitting my 3 kids up sucked but it’s over, nothing positive about our stay.
Was a good stay overall just wish the clubhouse and gym was accessible

− The toilet was dirty when we first arrived and the clubhouse was closed for renovations according to the door and was not informed about the code to get to the workout facilities.
