2.0This was not advertised correctly. We booked as air conditioning was included at the hotel and in the room we booked. Then they placed us in a room without - tiny, extremely hot room and we were not comfortable. Only thing they could offer was a fan, nothing else. We were then told we would hear back with refund options, but absolutely nothing has been done.

4.0Little chance of sleeping in this hotel alongside a noisy road. It felt like our room was on top of the road! Badly designed bathroom. Not to be repeated.
